Welcome to Claire. By accessing our website or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users. Please read them carefully before using our services.

Claire is a specialized eyewear brand based in Morocco, offering thoughtfully designed sunglasses and optical frames. By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent to enter into binding agreements under Moroccan law.

Products & Accuracy

We strive to present our products—including descriptions, images, and pricing—as accurately as possible. Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to digital screen settings, studio lighting, or natural production processes; these variations do not constitute manufacturing defects. Claire reserves the right to modify, replace, or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice. Products are subject to availability and may sell out at any moment.

Orders & Pricing

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided (name, phone number, and address) is accurate and complete. All prices are listed in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Claire reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order if fraud is suspected, inventory errors occur, or if we are unable to verify the delivery address.

Payment Options

We provide secure and flexible payment methods to ensure a seamless experience. For Cash on Delivery (COD), payment is made directly to the courier upon receipt of the order. By selecting COD, you commit to being available at the delivery address to complete the transaction. For Online Payments, all transactions are processed via Payzone’s secure gateway using industry-standard encryption. Claire does not store or have access to your private payment details.

Shipping & Delivery

Claire offers free express shipping across the Kingdom of Morocco. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 48 to 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). While we facilitate the delivery process, Claire is not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information provided by the customer or external factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or logistics issues.

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with Moroccan Law No. 31-08, you have a period of 7 days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in all original packaging.

Return Shipping: The customer is solely responsible for the cost and arrangement of shipping the item back to our facility. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Refund Method: Upon receipt and successful inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued via the original payment method for online transactions or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to arrange for a resolution.

ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

Claire stands behind the quality of our eyewear. We provide a one-year warranty covering all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover lens scratches, accidental damage, misuse, or unauthorized alterations. To initiate a claim, please contact our concierge with proof of purchase.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including but not limited to the Claire logo, specific frame designs, product names, images, and text—is the exclusive property of Claire. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or imitation of our designs is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

Claire shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or products. Our total liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product in question.

Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us for an amicable resolution. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Casablanca.

Changes to Terms

Claire reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website after updates are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
